1 Introduction & Applicability

2 Account Registration
To register with phdraem, you must meet certain basic eligibility requirements. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure, and any balance held may be forfeited.
Registration Eligibility
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- You must have an active Bangladeshi mobile number.
- Each person may only create one account.
- Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
- A national ID or passport may be required for account verification.
Account Safety
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Never share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and notify our support team.
Managing an account on behalf of a family member or friend is strictly prohibited. Each account may only be used by the registered account holder.
3 Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance
- A bet is only considered confirmed once it has been successfully registered in the system. Please ensure you receive a confirmation message after placing your bet.
- Phdraem will not be held responsible for any bets that fail to register due to technical issues.
- Bets will be settled at the odds displayed before the event started.
- Phdraem reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned. However, rules may vary depending on the specific circumstances of the event. For live betting, a result will be considered valid if at least 90% of the event's regular time has been completed.
Phdraem reserves the right to hold any bet for review if a suspicious betting pattern is detected. Bets suspected of being linked to match fixing or unfair advantage will be voided.
Maximum Win Limit
Each betting market has a set maximum payout limit. This limit varies by event and market, and is displayed on screen at the time of placing a bet.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
Phdraem supports transactions via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and all major mobile banking and bank transfer methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in BDT.
Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
- You may only use payment methods registered in your own name.
- Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
- Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
Withdrawal Policy
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–72 hours.
- Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus
New users can claim a welcome bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit. To qualify, the first deposit must be made within 7 days of registration. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x the bonus amount.
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus can only be used once — the same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
- If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified time frame, the bonus will be forfeited.
- Bets placed with bonus funds must generally have odds of at least 1.5 or higher.
- Any attempt to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

6 Prohibited Activities
Phdraem is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment. Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture.
- Multiple Accounts: Having more than one account per person is strictly prohibited.
- Bonus Abuse: Attempting to claim bonus benefits through different identities or by other deceptive means.
- Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
- Fraudulent Betting: Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
- Software Use: Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Third-Party Payments: Using another person's payment method to conduct transactions.
- Hacking Attempts: Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system.
If any of the above activities are detected, phdraem reserves the right to take legal action and will notify the relevant authorities where necessary.
7 Account Suspension & Closure
Phdraem reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- In the event of a terms and conditions violation.
- Providing false or incomplete information.
- If suspicious activity is detected on an account.
- If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 36 months).
- As directed by a court or regulatory authority.
Users may also request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned after verification is complete. However, if the account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.
8 Responsible Gaming
